ABOUT: The Green Hornets Softball Program is composed of Rec and Select (Travel) level teams.
Club Softball follows NCCGSL rules.
AGE RANGE: Green Hornets softball is available for girls ages 5 to 18.

SPRING SEASON:
Rec and Select are offered. Practices begin in the week of March 18th, and opening day will be April 13th. Games being played from mid-April to mid-June for rec players. Tournament team and select team seasons run further into the summer months, varying with each team.
FALL SEASON: Tryouts for Select teams scheduled for the first two weeks in August. Season runs from August through early November.
ALL REGISTERED PLAYERS MUST PAY A $75 FAMILY FEE ONCE PER FAMILY PER CALENDAR YEAR

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
· All Softball coaches and assistant coaches must be certified with Anne Arundel County Recreation and Parks. The clinics are free, and certification is valid for three years and good for all County recreational sports.
