2024 Summer Rugby

This is a coed two-hand touch program. No prior rugby experience is necessary. The only equipment necessary are soccer cleats. Emphasis is on having fun and learning the fundamentals of rugby.

Games are 40 minutes in length (four quarters) with 7 players on a side. Games are held on Saturday mornings. All players will have the opportunity to play.

Summer rugby is also great for cross training.

On time registration for Rugby is May 15 - June 15.
