Important Information on the SPMS Renovations

The SPMS Lynwood fields will be closed for up to 3 years beginning very soon. We are in the process of finalizing our plans to accommodate the Club Program’s fields requirements. We expect every age group to be able to play games and have practices just as we always have.

Tryouts

Tryouts for boys and girls Select teams for U9 through U14 are the first 2 weeks of June. Details are on the site at Tryout Process.

• Girls: June 2, 3, 4 (Rain Date June 5)
  • U9 to U11 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM
  • U12 to U14 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM

• Boys: June 9, 10, 11 (Rain Date June 12)
  • U9 to U11 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM
  • U12 to U14 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM

• Boys and Girls teams U15 and older:
  • These teams conduct supplemental tryouts. Please contact the individual team for their schedule. Use the Contact List on the Soccer website.

New Age Grouping for Clinic and Club

We have changed the dates for our Clinic and Club program age groups. Details are at New Age Groups.

We feel strongly that the benefits of this new policy are substantial, and with the goodwill of coaches and coordinators to accommodate special player assignments, it’s time to make this change.

And may I ask for your patience and understanding if there is an issue that arises that we did not plan for adequately. We pledge to resolve every issue with the child’s best interest at heart.
