TIME: 9:00 a.m.-11:30 a.m.
LOCATION: Kinder Park
COST: $85 per player. All proceeds GO To the green hornet football program
THESE ARE NO FRILLS CLINICS FOR KIDS AGES 6-15. ALL SKILL LEVELS ARE WELCOMED. No prior football experience necessary.
Players will be broken into groups by age 12-15 and 11& under. Drills and instruction will be group specific.
Instructors will be local high school and youth coaches, as well as, local college and high school players. EACH CLINIC SESSION IS DESIGN TO TEACH/REINFORCE ALL OF THE FOLLOWING:
- DRILLS AND Exercises THAT THE PLAYERS WILL BE ASK TO DO DURING THEIR INDIVIDUAL FOOTBALL SEASONS
- EDUCATE/INSTRUCT FOOTBALL Position “musts” (both the mental and Physical). All positions will be covered- EXCEPT QB training.
- PROVIDE COORDINATION AND CONDITIONING TRAINING
Each player should arrive at each clinic with the following- PLENTY OF Water, CLEATS, A TOWEL (FOR SWEAT), sun block (already applied) and any medication (must be able to be self-administered)
